As you looked out over the ocean of Camp Half-Blood, Your heart skipped a beat. you spotted a siren emerging from the depths. The sight was unnerving; monsters were never supposed to get past camp’s magic border. Panic surged through you, you drew your weapon but as the siren drew closer, you lowered it. you realized that the siren was Cordelia. one of the new campers… She had arrived at camp in the water, she had claimed she fell off her boat. She looked the same as usual, Long brown hair, brown eyes, but she had a dark blue fish tail, gills on her neck, and scales shimmered on parts of her arms.

As Richie heads to Camp's beach to rehydrate his skin, he becomes acutely aware of someone else there.

Someone who seems to be pointedly ignoring his presence.

Upon spotting them, he finds it's a girl.

She was floating on her back in the water, seeming entirely at home, her curly platinum blonde hair spreading around her as it floats.

Richie stopped in his tracks. Girls in the water usually meant sirens, and sirens were far from good for his captain's ship

He walked a few yards down the shore before wading out deep enough into the water that he could lay down and submerge his whole body, but kept an eye on the girl

Cordelia was a siren, with a voice that once lured sailors to the depths of the ocean, she now roamed the grounds of Camp Half-Blood with a mixture of curiosity and caution, she wore an Orange camp Half blood t shirt and jeans. She normally had a fish tail, but she had shapeshifter it into legs. Cordelia was determined to explore the land she had only heard of in stories, sure she had Been on beach’s before but other then that she had kept to the sea her whole life. She stood at the edge of the forest, looking up at the tree’s with awe. “These are beautiful…” she muttered to herself, completing unaware of someone behind her
